To initiate an emergency communication message, please call 877-272-7337 from any class A DSN line in Okinawa, if that is not available, Camp Foster Red Cross phone number is 645-3800. If you call from outside the base dial 098-970-3800.
Upon entering the island you are handed the Family Contact Card to be sent back to your loved one in case of emergency or urgent situation so that they can send out a Red Cross message to you. In case you missed it, please click on the link to print out the contact card to fill out.
