The DAT Team is made up of individuals who are dedicated to helping our community. Our team is made up of active duty, dependents, civilians and contractors. The meetings and events are normally held at night or on weekends, and we are always looking for more people. We need to have enough responders to be able to cover the island both day and night in case of individual fires or large disasters. We also concentrate on preparedness activities within the community. Typhoon season on Okinawa is generally from June 1st to November 30th. But it doesn't hurt to be prepared all year long. Join us, get involved!

Call 645-3800 or 634-1979 for more information.
